The International Forum on Energy Transitions is held every two years, and the fourth International Forum on Energy Transitions is planned to be held in 2022. The International Dialogue on Energy Transitions is an institutional dialogue held in the interval years (such as 2021, 2023, etc.) of the International Forum, and this year’s International Dialogue will be the first of its kind. Later on, similar events are planned to be held in different cities of China. This time, special attention will be paid to the cooperation and exchanges between governments, international organizations and enterprises. This event is highly valued by the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC), the National Energy Administration (NEA), Jiangsu Provincial People's Government and Suzhou Municipal People's Government. Leaders of different national energy authorities, representatives of entrepreneurs in the energy sector, and experts from well-known scientific research institutes will conduct comprehensive, in-depth, multi-angle and constructive discussions and dialogues on hot issues such as climate change, energy structure adjustment, high-proportion renewables power systems, low-carbon energy technologies, constructions and transportation systems, in an effort to jointly respond to climate change with a positive attitude, comprehensively promote the transformation of the energy structure, and build our planet a beautiful home.
